• Cancellation within 15 days of check in – NO REFUND
• Cancellation between 15 days and 30 days of check in – 75% Refund of Total Booking Amount
• Cancellation before 30 days of check in – No deductions
• In case of No Show – No Refund
• No refund applicable on mid stay cancellations
• Cancellation refund will be processed in 15 working days
• No cancellation or modification is accepted for groups having 5 or more rooms, or stay of 4 nights or more.
